Door County Candle Company ships anywhere in the United States. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Door County Candle Company uses FedEx to ship orders. You will receive an email when boxes are shipped with the email you provided, including a tracking number. If an order shipment is delayed, Door County Candle Company will notify you via email. If a package is lost, please email Door County Candle at info@doorcountycandle.com. Packages are not considered lost until they are marked delivered by USPS and/or FedEx.
Though Door County Candle Company primarily uses FedEx, orders submitted with a PO Box or APO as the ship to address and other orders will be shipped via USPS. The shipping carrier is at the discretion of Door County candle. The customer will be notified at the time of shipment what carrier has been utilized.
Orders with a subtotal of $60.00 of qualifying merchandise (Support a Cause candles are excluded from free shipping) qualify for free shipping within the 50 states. Pre-sales may be excluded from this offer. This offer is not retroactive. Orders may be subject to real-time shipping rates calculated at checkout at the discretion of Door County Candle. Free or discounted shipping is only eligible for orders that are placed through the doorcountycandle.com website by individuals that do not use an event code to attribute their order towards a candles creating change fundraiser program.
Shipping speeds vary based on ship-to location. Door County Candle Company cannot guarantee any delivery dates as FedEx does not offer guaranteed delivery at this time. Door County Candle Company reserves the right to choose the most expeditious shipping method.

We want to make sure you love your Door County Candle treasure! Due to the handcrafted nature of our unique products, there will always be unique qualities to each and every candle product we produce. This is part of the handcrafted charm. If your order is damaged, please reach out to us at orders@doorcountycandle.com and the team will work with you to fix any issues or problems that may have occurred in transit. Please have photos ready, as they will be required.
