General Fundraiser Candles Shipping Returns & Exchange Wholesale Candles

Yes, you can come by and pick up your order. Please have your order number and name ready.

Yes! Please allow up to 48 hours for a return call.

Currently, we do not offer candle making classes. However, we do offer candle dipping!

At any given point, we may have various candles that give back to those in need! We encourage you to visit the specific candle page, and read about the non-profit organziations we are donating to.

You can send a tin candle to Ukraine by purchasing one for $15 on our website. In doing so, you will not receive any goods delivered to you. Instead, you will be supplying a candle to those in need in Ukraine. Door County Candle is manufacturing these candles, and sending them to Razom so they can distribute them to families across war-torn Ukraine.

Please write your message in the "Personalized Message" box in your online shopping cart. We have a dedicated team of volunteers who are handwriting all of these messages on the Tin Candles for Ukraine.

This number is always growing! Currently, we have donated over $851,000 to Razom for Ukraine. As we continue adding causes to support with our candles, our donations will continue to grow.

We are donating 100% of the net-profits. Once we deduct the cost for raw goods, paying our staff, and other standard business expenses, all profits get donated. To operate our business successfully, it is necessary to deduct our costs. For example, we have flat rate shipping of $8.99 to help make shipping more manageable for our customers. Shipping always costs more than that, and that’s an expense we have to cover as a business. Our accounting and admin team work diligently to make donations as large as they possibly can.

You will receive an email stating that your order has been completed! Check back for specific order numbers that have been shipped.

Our shipping lead times are 3-7 business days. If there are shipping delays, we will inform you!

Processing time for free shipping and standard flat rate ($8.99) are the same, orders are processed in the order they are received. When you choose priority order processing, ($17), you move your order to the top of the processing queue.

In order for us to prepare for shipments, we need to create labels in large batches. Your shipment will be sent 1-5 days after label creation.

We ship via FedEx, UPS and/or USPS.

No - fundraiser candles are excluded from free shipping and all other promotional offers.

Absolutely! If your order is damaged, please reach out to us at info@doorcountycandle.com and the team will work with you to fix any issues or problems that may have occurred in transit. Please have photos and your order number ready, as they will be required.

No. Currently, we only allow businesses to sell our products in a physical brick & mortar location.

We use paraffin wax for our traditional candles, and soy wax in our soy candles.

Yes! All our of scented wax products are made at our headquarters in Door County, WI! When you come visit, you can watch the candlemaking in action.
