Sunday Reflections ✨ 6.01.2025

This weekend, I was reminded of something truly beautiful: the power of showing up for those around us. It’s a simple act, but one that can mean more than we’ll ever know.

Showing up doesn’t always have to be face-to-face. It might be a quick text or call wishing someone good luck, a heartfelt message of encouragement, or even just letting someone know you’re thinking of them. These small gestures make a lasting impact. They remind people they’re not alone and that they are cared for. Showing up says, “I see you. I’m here.”

Over the years, I’ve witnessed the incredible beauty of people coming together to support one another, but one memory stands out above the rest. When we launched our Ukraine candle, we had no idea the response it would receive. People from all over showed up—with their words of support, their help, and their shared desire to make a difference. What started as a spark of an idea turned into a glowing reminder of what we’re capable of when we choose to show up for each other.

It’s easy to think that what we do might not matter. But it does. Your words, actions, and presence matter. Whether it’s offering your time, lending your support, or simply listening when someone needs to talk, showing up is powerful. And the beauty of it is that it’s often the smallest actions that have the biggest impact.

This week, I encourage all of us to slow down and reflect. Who in your life could use your support? How can you show up for someone today? A kind word, a phone call, or even just sitting with someone in silence can make all the difference.

We are at our best when we support one another. Thank you for being a community that cares, that shows up, and that continues to shine light into the world.
